   Figured we could do with some more discussion topics to keep this place lively, and since quite a few of us seem to be videogame players, this is a good one to start with.

   Here's a threat where you post in to say what videogames you're playing at the moment.

   I'm playing Fallout 3 at the moment, pretty much any spare moment I get. I hated the game when it first came out, but my brain wouldn't let me dislike a post-apocalyptic RPG made by Bethesda, so after two years, I've forced myself to love it. Almost done with it, including most of the downloadable content. Cannot wait for New Vegas now.

   What are you doing a play of?

   Plants V Zombies is brilliant fun on the iphone FrasersGhost - good call.

   I was playing Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions, but as you may have read elsewhere on here it keeps freezing in the same place on the final battle so that is on hold until I have taken it back.

   So my answer will be Blur. And I don't even normally like driving games but I think I am good on that one. Never play it just before driving in real life though. But genuinely.

   It seems quite good but with drinking and working all the time I haven't really gotten into it.

   Looking forward to the new Call of Duty though.

   Jim - Where are you up to on Fallout3 at the moment?! Just finished it =D ... I am playing DragonAge Origins, and, as you may tell from my avatar, Multiwinia.

   Abbosh: Currently working my way through the Broken Steel DLC campaign. More or less at the end now. Just working my way up to Level 30 so I can be done with it, although I'm tempted to play through again on a Bad Karma run.

   Jim- I always try and go through an RPG the second time round as a 'baddie' but I can never bring myself to do it! I must want to be a Jedi too badly. Ha! I won't be walking into Tescos with my robes on if I did become a Jedi though. Have you played all of the DLC?

    Abbosh: All of them except Mothership Zeta. I bought all the others on discs because of certain issues with my Xbox Live account (I'm a British immigrant in the US, and Microsoft won't change my fucking account settings which means I can't get DLC unless I can get a review code from a publisher) but I really enjoyed what I played.

    The Pitt is especially brilliant. Loved that campaign.

    Jim- Excellent! I'm definitely getting the DLC then! Shame, I wanted to know about Mothership Zeta. Aah, so you're Ray and Ed's American fan base? =P I take it you're mainly an RPG player? Or an all rounder?

    Abbosh: I'm not *quite* the American fanbase as I'm a British expat. Moved to the States from London almost two years ago. Unfortunately it was BEFORE I discovered Peacock & Gamble so I've never seen them live!

    I'm an all-rounder as far as games go. I work as a videogame reviewer so I try and play everything. Unless they're strategy or one-on-one fighting games, because I can't play those.

    I really can't! The only fighter I've ever been able to play was Primal Rage, and that was ten million years ago. I let others on my staff review the Street Fighters and Mortal Kombats.

    I write the reviews for Destructoid. We've been mentioned on by Ray and Ed on the podcast a few times.

    I'm one of the few people around who never really got into BioWare's stuff. I thought Dragon Age was pretty solid, but I never liked Mass Effect.

    Currently playing a lot of Gears of War 2 online and contemplating giving Halo: Reach a go. Replayed Arkham Asylum for a bit last week but gave up at the bit with Killer Croc because it scares me.

    Only recently got round to trying out God of War, bought the trilogy a few weeks back after playing a bit of the PSP version, just started 3 last night. It's not the "jesus fucking christ this is amazing I'm gonna come in a minute!" series a lot of people made it out to be, but it's enjoyable enough. Stupid platforming and puzzle stuff just sticks out like an ill-advised sore thumb though, should just be a straight up brawler from start to finish. Block puzzles ought to be banned from all games forever, come to think of it, they've never been anything but a chore.

    Fallout 3 is one of the only games I ever took back to the shop. Hated it.

    Joined recently by Angry Bear or Naughty Bear or whatever it was fucking called...worse game ever.

    Add me as another one who hates fallout 3 - maybe I didn't give it a proper go, but I found it really tedious.

    I'm currently on Bad Company 2 online for ps3 - working my way through all the unlocks.

    After I've done that I'm gonna give arkham asylum a go.
