Oh hello great pals of Peacock & Gamble, you may have seen on the news that Ray has been nominated for best compere in the world at the Chortle Awards and now you have to vote for him in it. It is also a vote for Ed in a way as Ray will probably just let him keep it at his house. We all remember the disappointment last year when none of you bothered to vote for the podcast and we ended up losing to thingy, so let’s not have to go through all that again. Just get a bloody vote for Ray done here and then we can all go back to our lives

As you know, Ed had to cancel his solo show in Leicester tonight due to illness (his).  Unfortunately, the curse of Leicester Comedy Festival has struck again and Ray has not been able to make it to do his solo show, which was to be a replacement for Ed’s show and the Peacock & Gamble show.  It was a snowy nightmare on the roads tonight and was genuinely dangerous – so Ray has made the sensible decision to not skid off the road and die just so he can tell you all about a funny thing that happened.  Is that what you want?  You want Ray to risk his life do you?  Horrible people.

Anyway, to signify Ray’s pussy driving and also as an apology for this Leicester Disaster, here is a previously unreleased picture of Ray on the way to a gig.

Right, so the Peacock & Gamble show at Leicester has unfortunately had to be changed to Ray doing his solo show, “HERE COMES TROUBLE”. Ed has been poorly and is now proper poorly so Ray has to go and do it on his own even though he thought he had another week left to prepare it so please keep that in mind.

Ed’s solo show at 9pm has been cancelled as it would just be an empty stage, and whilst that would probably be better it isn’t really fair on the girls that like to look at him. Tickets for Ed’s solo show are now good for Ray’s solo show though so you could come and have a look at Ray for a change ladies?

Obviously there is the option for refunds for tickets from either show as we are very aware that there will be crossover between them.

We will be doing a flipping new show at the LEICESTER Comedy Festival and it will be late at night so that it isn’t as obviously under-prepared as you will all be drunk. That’s on the 4th FEBRUARY 2012 and details are here

Having both done it as individuals, we are the first comics to ever be invited back, but together, because that makes it twice as good. Hello all.

A couple of quick announcements.

Unfortunately, due to a number of factors we are not going to be able to perform in Leeds this Friday (28th).  We’re really, really sorry that we’re not going to be able to make it – unavoidable I’m afraid.  Those of you who bought tickets will be contacted and be given a sorry kiss and also an alternative date to see us.
